JasGab Enterprises will provide the knowledge of twenty years of experience and successful procedures of auditing in proposing to design a system of auditing procedures that carefully and accurately assess, monitor, and evaluate the performance of contracted private and state agencies Standards and Regulation. The need of JasGab’s auditing expertise comes out of the necessity: to utilize contracting services to assist in performing assessment inspections, monitoring, and evaluation of the performance of private and state agencies determining if private and state agencies are performing their enforcements, oversights, and regulatory responsibilities.

JasGab is an Atlanta, Georgia based accounting, financial management and quality assurance firm.  We advocate for our business clients from a financial perspective.  We assist our clients by providing quality control solutions and Supply Chain which promotes and improves growth. JasGab Enterprises, LLC is a minority-owned business that evolved from twenty (20) years of accounting experiences serving small and mid-sized businesses in professional services, government contracting and real estate industries.

In JasGab supply chain, collaboration is fraught with potential. We always consider the possibilities for cross - enterprise collaboration - between retailers and their consumer products vendors, and between manufacturers and their tier-one and tier-two suppliers.

Although an adequate internal control system should prevent errors, JasGab has an effective system that will detect errors when they occur within a reasonable time period.  These methods are:

1. A checklist review process to evaluate internal control systems:  The checklist should state the objective to be achieved, possible risks if it’s not achieved, and question if the controls achieved the objective.
2. Flow Charting:  Shows the flow of document processing and the controls of the system
3. Walk-Troughs and Transaction Tracing:  A transaction is traced through the system to determine if the procedure on paper can be accurately translated to actuality.
4. Build a Sound Control Environment:  The design of the system ensures all employees thoroughly informed and understand the basis of all standards and regulations that must be met.
5. Completeness of Records:  Document control is vital in assuring that all transactions are recorded.  The use of pre-numbered forms will be implemented to keep a thorough record of documents.
